Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@thehappysoulsociety.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and next steps.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
